Yes, TakingITGlobal can help me to achieve some of my goals; actually it has already. TIG has provided me with an outlet to express my ideas to young people worldwide. I am able to learn about other cultures by getting involved in projects. That helps me to see what other youth are doing out there. Lorsque je regarde TIG, je vois un réseau de jeunes gens dynamiques qui requestionnent sans cesse sur ma place dans la lutte contre les maux qui minent la planète.
Lorsque je vois le travail des Jeunes sur le réseau TIG, je me dis forcément que c'est de cette manière, c'est-à-dire en travaillant que nous allons changer le cours des choses dans ce monde où il y a tant à faire.

I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things.
